I understand and accept, that in the event I decide to cancel my reservation and a written notice is e-mailed, mailed or faxed to you two  weeks prior to my arrival date, a service charge 1day  will be applied to my credit card. If however, I notify you of my intent to cancel less than
two weeks, but more than 48 hours prior to my arrival date, I will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the first 2 nights.

 If I fail to show up at all, then I will be charged the 60% cost for the duration of my reservation.
